 I never used a pressure cooker before this one and now I am thinking why I did not used before!!!!??. This cooker is excellent, you can cook basically everything in it. It saves you a lot of time and money, basically it pays by itself. Meats are fork tender in no time, beans and perfectly cook in a few minutes. The manual is very informative but I will recommend you to go to the public library and get some book on pressure cooker to start, read the basics and you are ready to go. 
The Presto 8-Quart Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker is very well built is not cheap stuff, is heavy and works perfectly. Highly recommended

 I have enjoyed this Presto 307912 6-Quart Stainless Steel pressure cooker since the moment I got it out of the box. It saves me so much time cooking, gives the foods wonderful flavors, and is extremely easy to use and easy to clean. For those who might be afraid of a pressure cooker, this one has two safety devices to keep it from blowing up. It has been a wonderful addition to my kitchen, and looking forward to many more great meals to be prepared with it! As soon as I get these.  I would also want to make food such as Tomyumkung......Enjoy cooking

I would recommend anyone. Presto 1781 23-Quart Aluminum pressure cooker is very easy to use and cleaning is also a time for your cooking every night for dinner, for example, take a roast, which is used on a daily basis only.  30 minutes of cooking to prepare Also, you can use small amounts of food for members of their families and lots of food for special events and cooking more, I still get this is an advantage.  It is absolutely wonderful and very good product and I am very happy I decided to make this purchase.
