  Mirro 22 Quart Polished Aluminum Pressure Cooker Canner : great canner, highly recommend it. Large enough to process a lot and it has a jiggler instead of a dial. The one thing that I don't like is that instead of the jiggler being 1 piece with the different weights, there are 3 jiggleres depending on the weight you want. To me, that is just something else I could loose.

  My old canner used weights, so when I got the new one with a guage, I was worried. The old weights didn't fit. These work nicely. The weight doesn't match the guage by about two pounds pressure, but I'm guessing the weights are close enough. I'm glad I don't have to keep an eye on the guage all the time.
