Presto Pressure Canner Pressure Regulator : The pressure regulator controls the amount of pressure that can be built up in the canner. It consists of the pressure regulator body and two 5-pound weight rings. Completely assembled, it will maintain 15-pounds of pressure.

My old canner used weights, so when I got the new one with a guage, I was worried. The old weights didn't fit. These work nicely. The weight doesn't match the guage by about two pounds pressure, but I'm guessing the weights are close enough. I'm glad I don't have to keep an eye on the guage all the time.
