Bought this All American 10 1 2 Quart Pressure Cooker Canner last week and have used twice. First time I just canned up 3 quarts of water to get used to how it would work. If you are just a single person or perhaps a couple this would be a ideal canner. Even being the smallest of the American canners it still weighs a lot. It works out good on my electric stove that has the older resistive burners. You are not supposed to use it on a smooth type type electric stove.
Things you might want to add is a jar picker and a good wide mouth funnel, I bought a stainless one from Amazon. I am a old guy 50+ so this stuff is new to me. Though I am having fun learning something new.
